Test how well you can use a Bible with these scavenger hunt and trivia games. Who can find all the correct answers first? Get out your timers and your scoreboards, this is a race. 

Parts of the Bible scavenger hunt.
You will need – a printed copy of the Bible. 
Answer the following questions:
1.    What is the title of the publication?
2.    Find the table of contents. How many books are in your Bible?
3.    What page does the Old Testament start on? Write down the page number.
4.    What page does the New testament start on? Write down the page number.
5.    Where do you find the index? Write down the page number.
6.    Choose one word from the index. Write the word and the pages it can be found on.


7.    Find a word you don't know in the glossary and write its definition.
8.    What version of the Bible are you looking at? Where do you find that information?
9.    Write down the name of a book in the Old Testament. 
10.    Write down a chapter in that book.
11.    Write down a verse number in that book. 
12.    Now write out the verse that appears in the book, chapter and verse in full.
13.    Write down the name of a book in the New Testament. 
14.    Write down a chapter in that book.
15.    Write down a verse number in that book. 
16.    Now write out the verse that appears in the book, chapter and verse in full.
17.    Write out this verse in full - Matt 7:12.
18.    Choose one page from the Bible that looks interesting. Read it and write down one fascinating thing you found on this page. Remember to put it in your own words!
